Every morning Apple goes to work in a factory that makes ladies hats. He is quality control. Apple makes sure various feathers and ribbons are in place. He got the job because his aunt owed a favour to her sister, Apple's mother. She was worried about where Apple was so late at night. He is a singer in a band, but he doesn't like to brag about it, not even to his mom. When asked why he is green and why his hair looks the way he does he'll ask "why are you the way you are?" He writes songs about space and other places he has never been. When he comes home late at night between bars and the factory he dreams of an audience of hats. They don't sit on heads or bodies but they are there and they are "wooting" for an encore.Written by Tessa Francesca
